The Clavvis themselves call it occult punk. But what’s that supposed to be? Simple! Throw in the Sedatives, a pinch of Murder City Devils, a synthesizer, a big shot of tightness, and a roll of 40-grit sandpaper into a blender. Add a few chains and some other medieval knickknacks to the cover, and boom—job done.
If the world were just, this would’ve been a seven-inch. But sadly, the world is cruel and mean. All that’s left is to hope that Clavv will be unleashed on us live sometime soon.
